like they should've but, this is the European choise (is it?).
The Lucky winners who got awards from Torre Di Valle were:

-Outkast. They surely rocked! Best
Group, Best Song and Best Video for 'Hey Ya'.
-Britney Spears. rocked??? No "making-out" scene with another popdiva,
sorry guys! Best female.
-Usher. playa... Best Album ('Confessions) and Best Male... there you
go Justin.
-D12. Best Hip-Hop at least eminem thinks the same way I do about Bush.
-Maroon 5. Best Newly new!
Lovely.
-Alicia Keys. Best R&B. The
piano takes the lead. I'm just sorry for the cocodrile suit :S
-Muse. These are the European music
arwards... there has to be at least one european band! they took it to the limit
with Best Alternative. (their site is awesome)
-Linkin Park. Not a #1 fan... but they got it rockin'... Best Rock.
-Black Eyed Peas. Elephunk paid
it's dues, that's for sure. Best pop.
-Kane. Na een "klote jaar" voor Kane en
vooral voor Dinand, is deze arward zeker een stimulering is om door te gaan.
Best Dutch & Belgian Act. This guys deserve it. Go Benelux.

The dark side of the moon...

Me considero plenamente una persona de la noche, del lado oscuro de la
luna, de la sombra de las estrellas, de los último rayos de sol al atardecer que
le abren la función a los azúles y negros de las noches de invierno, noches
frías, largas... noches con lunas inolvidables.
La mágia de la noche me atrae de una forma muy particular. La noche me
activa, el reflejo de la luna en el agua me deja sin palabras. La neblina,
el misterio de un amanecer cercano y los besos que trae la luna hacen que viva
en la oscuridad y que mi mente viaje a velocidades increíbles hacia un alma
maravillosa, a silly soul.

Okay ladies and gentleman, finally, the European Music Awards!

And this year mtv is going italiano! Roma 2004, seems to be a great place, location and host for the event.

Have a look at the nominees and take your pic. For you Hispanics you can vote here, for you Dutch uhmm unfortunately the Dutch mtv site won't allow me to enter the ema's site... You might wanna try these days, you never know, it might work from a day to another. Otherwise you can vote sending text messages from your cell phone. But I truly recommend the web.

My Pic: Keane and Maroon 5 are surely my favorites, and they both have done an amazing work this last year. But lovely lyrics, melancholy voice and terrific piano chords go over romantic and irrelevant guitar chords. Keane takes the price... Maroon 5 is not that new either.

My Pic: uhmm... me, being a huge fan of alternative, bohemian music, this has become a really tuff choise. Eventhough Franz Ferdinand and Prodigy have great songs and their music fills up the ambiance with alternative sounds, I'll go for the mistic sounds, motioness and meaningful lyrics of Björk.

My Pic: Black Eyed Peas we absolutely awesome in Barcelona, their lyrics are pieces of my secret little mind, But "something beautiful will come your way" is everything I gotta say.... I'm just loving angels instead (right now I'm truly loving an angel) and I just wanna rock dj. Robbie takes my breath away, somehow his songs belong to my daily coffee cups and guitar strings.

My Pic: this choise is between Dido and her white flag, and Outkast and their shake it like a polaroid picture. Outkast is great! their videos are hilarious, lyrics could be perfection, this guys are having the time of their life. But my romatic side wins the battle. Red wine, chimeney, full moon and some songs from this British woman... Amazing evening. My vote goes to Dido and her life for Rent.

Una imágen vale más que mil palabras...

This picture was taken behind some old trees, next to a rode... At an autumn's afternoon... I really love the old cream color at the background, it's kind of friendly and it gives it a warm environment that at the same time has a huge contrast with the cold atmosphere of the trees...
The street light gives it an urban soul which gives it a piece of my urban lifestyle and the trees give the country side I'm leaving in right now.
The 2 different kinds of trees make it even more exotic to look at...
And the white skyline, that little line of hope between heaven and earth,
that looks like a falling star but it's in fact just an airplane leaving some stuff behind...It's like a piece of wisdom in the darkness... A track of a wish that came true..And it's just getting started...
